Our therapists are trained in advanced Myofascial Release Therapy as the foundation for a unique, therapeutic massage that relaxes the entire body. In addition, all have training in other techniques,

which customize each massage to meet your specific needs. 

A large percentage of our clients are repeat visitors who have been coming to us for many years

at our previous location in Lutsen. At our new Tofte location, we have created a space that is
